INGREDIENTS:
1 pack (175 g) Spaghetti , cooked (reserve 3 tbsp pasta broth)
1 pouch (200 g) Carbonara Sauce
80 g bacon sliced
¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
PROCEDURE:
1. Fry bacon until crunchy. Set aside bacon, reserve drippings.
2. Combine drippings with Carbonara Sauce and pasta broth. Cover, simmer for 3 minutes.
3. Add cheese and half of bacon, then pour over pasta. Toss. Top with remaining bacon.
good for 4 :)
**note: carbonara sauce is now available to all leading supermarkets. just follow the instructions at the back of the packaging
