BAKED TAHONG

Ingredients:
1/2 k mussels, steamed just to open shell
1/4 cup Savor Chili1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup cheese, grated
5 cloves garlic, minced

Procedure:
    1. Prepare mussels by removing half of the shell and cut off beard. Marinate prepared mussels in  Savor Chili for at least 15 minutes. Set aside.
    2. Mix butter, cheese, and garlic together and beat until creamy. Spread a teaspoon each of the mixture onto each mussel.
    3. Bake mussels in a preheated 350 degree oven for 5 minutes.
 **note: can also be baked at oven toaster :)
