GARLICKY MASHED POTATO

Ingredients:

3 cups peeled potatoes
1 ¼ cups water
4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
1 8g MAGGI Magic Sarapsalt and pepper to taste
1 250ml  All Purpose Cream

Procedure:

1. Combine potatoes, water, garlic, MAGGI Magic Sarap, salt and pepper. Boil over high heat until potatoes are tender. Adding more water if necessary.
2. Drain cooked potatoes. Mash potatoes and garlic, addingAll Purpose Cream a little at a time until desired consistency is achieved.
