BREADED CHCIKEN CORDON BLEU

INGREDIENTS:

200g chicken breast
30g quickmelt cheese
30g ham slices
2g fresh basil leaves
2g all purpose flour
2 pcs eggs
50g breadcrumbs
1/3 cup creamy bechamel sauce
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 tsp mustard

PROCEDURE:
1. flatten chicken using meat hammer. Season with salt and pepper then brush with mustard.
2. fill with ham slices and fresh basil leaves.
3. roll and thread with bamboo stick or toothpick
4. dredge into flour, roll in beaten eggs then breadcrumbs.
5. Deep fry the breaded chicken until done. Drain on paper tissue.
6. Arrange into plate. Serve.
**note: buttered vegetables (carrots, broccoli and asparagus) and rice can be plated together with this dish.
