INGREDIENTS:

6pcs chicken tenderloin
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp salt
2pcs eggs, beaten
100g all purpose flour
30g chopped fresh basil
100g japanese breadcrumbs
1/4 cup garlic mayonnaise
1/4 cup barbecue sauce

PROCEDURE:
1. season chicken with salt,pepper and mustard.
2. dredge into flour with fresh basil leaves then egg and breadcrumbs. Deep fry until golden browm.
3.Garnish with parsley and serve. Serve with sauces on side.
