RED SINIGANG SA MISO

Ingredients:

½ kg maya-maya, cut up, including head
1 pc medium onion, sliced
2 tsp ginger strips
½ cup miso
1 tbsp patis
1 pc 200 g radish, sliced
¼ kg mustasa
1 tbsp sinigang mix powder
1 pouch (200 g)  Original Style Tomato Sauce

Procedure:

1. Sauté onion, ginger, miso and patis. Add  Tomato Sauce, 3 cups of water and labanos. Cover and Simmer for 20 minutes or until radish are cooked.
2. Add fish, mustasa and sinigang mix powder. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
