INGREDIENTS
350 g Spaghetti cooked (reserve ¼ cup pasta broth)
1/2 kg tahong boiled and half shell removed
6 cloves garlic crushed
1 pc medium onion sliced
3 tbsp butter or margarine
150 g medium shrimps shelled but tails kept intact
½ cup canned tuna chunks in oil drained
1 pc shrimp or chicken bouillon cube
1/4 tsp peppercorn crushed
1 pouch (250 g) Italian Style Spaghetti Sauce
1/2 cup all-purpose cream
3 tbsp snipped parsley
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
PROCEDURE:
1. Saute garlic and onion in butter for 2 minutes. Add shrimps, tuna, bouillon cube and peppercorn. Saute for 3 minutes..
2. Add Spaghetti Sauce, cream, pasta broth and tahong. Season with 1/2 tsp iodized fine salt (or ½ tbsp iodized rock salt). Simmer with occasional stirring for 3 minutes.
3. Add parsley and cheese. Pour over or mix with cooked Spaghetti.
